Let’s start with the 3 most important harware pieces you will need to decide on. They are: Handles/Pulls/Knobs, Hinges, and Drawer Slides.

 

Handles, knobs and pulls are the most decorative add-on you can apply to your kitchen. Today there are literally 1,000’s of varieties to choose from in every shape, color and finish you can think of. One thing to keep in mind here is that ‘simple is better’. Keep to the style of kitchen you are working towards. The best thing about deciding on what type of pull you want is that you can even do this at the very end of your project. Modern hinge technology has come along way from where it was even 10 years ago. We offer an Italian made concealed hinge that provides a lifetime of guaranteed durability. The most advanced in this technology is the option of a soft closing action. Never again do you have to worry about slamming a cabinet door. We can provide this option as an integration of the hinge itself or as a seperate add-on applied to the inside corner of the cabinet. 

 

Drawer slides have also made a huge leap in advancements. Our most popular undermount slides provide an almost invisible appearance while giving you the highest performance in rack and pinion style slide action. These are also available with a soft closing action that give your kitchen a very impressive presentation when showing it off to your friends and family. This soft closing action means you can put as much force as you dare when closing a drawer and the drawer face will come to about an inch away from the cabinet before coming to a smooth halt and slowly bring itself to a full closed position. Another recent innovation available is the option of being able to touch a drawer face and having the drawer automatically open. Drawers open automatically with just a light touch of the drawer front. One variation of this amazing feature is based on an electrical drive that, when activated, opens the drawer for you. The other variation works on a touch latch style catch that bring the affordability into play.
